After volunteer work today at Koke-no-Sato we were treated to a gorgeous lunch of sushi and red miso stew with wild boar meat. The stew was incredible.
Today was our first time participating in the Kanazawa Rainbow Pride festival and parade. It was tremendously fun. We had our USS KAGA tees and plenty of pride gear. We listened to music, celebrity speakers, a drag kimono fashion show, and a guy with a Keith Haring jacket! It was hot, and the parade was long, but we made it to the end; then we hit JJ Burger on the way home.
Absolutely attending next year too.
Koke No Sato work from today. We cleaned. We spread gravel. We had a snack. Koke no Sato Shrine is ready for their festival.
